💰 REFUND AND CANCEL POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order or booking a service.

Once the project has been initiated, assigned to a technician, or work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to partial charges based on the work completed.

For completed services or delivered digital products, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.

REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone with relevant order details.

1. Digital & AI Services

  • Due to the nature of AI and digital services, all sales are generally non-refundable once work has started or delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Major technical failure from our side
  • Duplicate payment made

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delay caused by client
  • Partial work completed
  • Dissatisfaction without valid reason

4. Computer Repair Services

  • No refund after successful repair
  • Warranty (if any) will be clearly mentioned
  • Damage due to misuse is not covered

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers must contact us before raising disputes
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to permanent service restriction

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
